Bespoke training programmes on a range of subjects for all gear and bearing industries
We recognise that working with drivelines, gears and bearings can be complex especially for industries which have strict targets and demand high performance. Specialist knowledge and expertise is often hard to acquire and can take years. Demanding performance targets, increased competition, lower costs and ever changing technology have added to the pressure facing engineers which is why we understand technology transfer is crucial. Our training courses and team of experts can help your engineers obtain such a valuable advanced understanding.

We have a range of training courses which enable you to continue achieving best practice in producing gearbox and bearing designs which are optimised, achieve all their targets and perform well in the real world. A true partnership means open technology transfer. We don’t just design, analyse and optimise; we show you how to do it, empowering your engineers and enabling them to work with more confidence in their designs.
Tailored to your needs
Whether you are interested in fundamental bearing theory, modeling techniques or advanced NVH analysis, course content can be tailored to your exact requirements.
Training courses can be held at our headquarters in Nottingham, UK or at your premises; we can be flexible to your needs.
Courses vary in duration from one day, to a complete bearing technology transfer course lasting 12-15 weeks. Including all supporting material, users will have the opportunity to try worked examples of the theory presented, as well as apply the theory to their own applications. For longer courses, internal exams can be arranged to ensure each user fully understands the material presented and certificates are awarded upon completion in recognition of the expert bearing knowledge gained.
