Valid visas are required by all foreign nationals travelling to China. Romax advise all potential delegates to begin the visa application process as soon as possible to ensure enough time for the visa to be obtained.
Visa application
All delegates are responsible for coordinating their own visa applications and will need to contact the Chinese embassies in their country of residence. Embassy staff will be able to advise delegates on the process, requirements and timescales for visa application. Please see below for contact details of the respective Chinese embassies.
Romax suggests that delegates apply for a business visa, also known as an “F” visa.
Letter of invitation
As part of the visa application, delegates will be required to submit a Letter of Invitation. Romax will supply each delegate with an invitation letter by email or fax on receipt of the registration form. Please download this form from the Registration page and ensure this form is completed and returned to Romax as soon as possible.
