Romax Technology will be showcasing their range of consultancy services and technical expertise at WindPower 2009 (AWEA) in Chicago early next month. The leading independent drivetrain consultancy will also give two poster presentations during the event. The largest annual wind conference and exhibition in the world will run from 4-7 May.
The four day conference and exhibition gives wind energy professionals the opportunity to learn about the latest industry developments and technologies, review new products and services as well as network with leading industry decision makers.
During the second day, Romax will give two poster presentations: Evaluating Effects of Transient Loads on Durability of Wind Turbine Drivetrain components (Poster Session Topic: Operation, Maintenance & Safety) and Methods for Optimising a Wind Turbine Drivetrain to Improve Reliability (Poster Session Topic: Components and Materials). The posters will be presented by Andy Poon on Tuesday 5 May between 4.30pm and 6pm.
