Romax to present at SIAT 2011

Romax Technology will be attending SIAT 2011, the biannual Automotive Technology show organised by the Automotive Research Association of India, this week where Younsu Park, Director for Transportation will be making a Key Note speech on the Future Trends of Transmission on the second day.  The three day show includes an exhibition and a series of seminars where Heads of R&D from India’s top OEMs will join other leading global OEMs to hear about the latest developments and trends in the industry.

SIAT is one of the leading events in India for people seeking information on the latest technical developments in automotive technology. Romax, world leading independent drivetrain consultants, will also be taking part in the Technology Theatre on 22nd January when Chief Engineer, Barry James, will be giving a presentation on Transmission Design Process Improvement in Hall 4 from 10am.

Romax will also be hosting an exhibition stand during the event where there will be opportunities to discuss the unique capabilities that Romax can offer including its latest developments in NVH, durability and efficiency.  Romax will also be using this event to showcase their capabilities within the hybrid market through the development of their new service which includes  a detailed energy flow analysis that will enable manufacturers to see the combined effect that individual components within a hybrid driveline are having on fuel consumption – something that is simply not available in the current market.

“We recognise the importance of attending an event such as SIAT 2011 to promote our services to the automotive market,” explained Younsu Park, Director for Transportation from Romax. “It provides us with an essential opportunity for us to interact with the automotive engineering community in India and contribute to the technological and commercial developments in the industry. We hope to successfully promote our company as a complete consultancy provider, network with our existing and potential customers and really show our commitment to the Indian automotive market.”
