Advanced Analysis of Planetary Gears

Equal load sharing between planetary gears lies at heart of planetary gear set design to ensure reliability and low vibration. By taking into account the effects of gravity, assembly and manufacturing tolerances, and structure deflections, RomaxWind offers you a complete set of analysis tools for predicting load sharing through each planet gear. For example, investigating the affects of tolerances and clearances through DoE (Design of Experiment) minimising the variance in load sharing. It can also analyse the complex TE as well as the gear contact patterns for planetary gear sets.
