Company Bonus Scheme Available after 6 months An annual bonus is paid to all non-sales staff based on company performance targets; typically worth around 5% of base salary per year.
Holidays There is the potential to take up to 28 full days leave, plus 8 UK recognised public holidays per year. Full details of working hours and holiday entitlement are available on request.
