Romax offers a technical support package (TSP) which allows clients direct access to technical experts in a number of transmission related fields. Each package can be tailored to the clients' needs and could include items such as:
- technical support time
- regular technical seminars
- onsite troubleshooting
- assistance at third party meetings
- staff training in technology or processes |
